I contacted them about an issue I had with their service. A bolt head got stripped and I'm still waiting to hear if they're going to do anything to fix it. I never heard back from Bradford. Someone else said they would notify service, but I haven't heard anything from them either

Anthony was great!! Drove several cars with him. Took my daughter out and showed her all the features of the car and set her up on all the apps and CarPlay. Great experience beginning to end!

We were astonished by the professionalism of Nathan & Terryn, since 1972 we've been purchasing vehicles & they absolutely gave us the best experience of all the years. We highly recommend this dealer & these 2 young men, they knew they're product & we never felt as if we we're pressured. We will be doing our business with Boucher because of Nathan & Terryn. I worked with Joe Jubran. He was excellent. I let him know the type of vehicle I was looking for and mileage and he found the perfect vehicle. I am very happy with the purchase. However I find it very odd that you are asking me to rate the business manager rather than the sales and leasing consultant who has more to do with the sale of a vehicle and a happy customer rather than the business manager.

Sadly, the third contact, was very poor. The individual responsible for financing, nearly lost the sale for the dealership. Good thing for us and the dealership, both Michael and Eric overcame the finance portion, of the transaction.
With all candor, if it hadn't been for Michael and Eric, we would have walked.
We found the finance gentleman to be too forward with his opinions, sharing his ideas on 'how the world works', sharing his personal views on our finance decisions and articulating his opinions, when not asked. He came off as concerned about issues of his, rather than ours.
I am grateful for the professionalism of both Michael and Eric, as they seemed to have our total interest, at heart!

We just had a great experience buying our new 2026 Equinox at the Boucher Buick GMC dealer in Waukesha - highly recommend looking there if you are in the market for buying a vehicle.
5 stars for my salesman Michael Baldino answered all my questions easily and responded quickly even a few after hours and Sunday inquiries. I 100% recommend speaking with Michael if you are looking for a new vehicle. New 2026 F-150 owner.
